 WELCOME to the Miata Opus Tribute Site. We certainly hope you enjoy your visit! Most would ask, 'why a web site about a Miata named Opus?' Well, because like so many other Eunos owners, I too, love my little roadster. In almost four years of knowing Opus it has turned into a driver's love affair. Challenging twisties, flat-out straight-aways and long hours spent on many roads throughout the West have literally changed my opinion on driving. I used to view driving as point a to point b in the least amount of time. Now I love taking my time (when it is called for ;-) ) and having more fun getting to where I want to go than when I finally DO get there! The site includes photos, news, and other Miata related material. So have lots of fun surfing my tribute page to the MX-5. My own little slice of driving heaven! Well, if you have found yourself here for a repeat visit, you willnotice that the site has taken on a dramatically new look and feel. We are excited to launch our new site. Over the next few weeks we will be updating all of our information, content, etc. So take a look around you may just see something new! It is my honor to report that we have received our second site award. We wish to thank the wonderful folks at the Golden Web Awards for deeming us worthy of their 2002-03 Golden Web Award. Our friends from Hoover Web Design, a wonderful service which we applaud all their efforts, bestowed the site with it's first award. Now our friends at the Golden Web Awards have given us a thumbs up as well. We thank them very much for considering our web site and offering suggestions and recommendations. Thanks to the Golden Web Awards and Hoover Web Design! Slowly but surely more graphic elements are being added as the site is generally complete and is now in an ever constant state of improvement. As cheesy as it is, you can now view Flash 'Miata mini-movies' for some fun. The opening Flash introduction has been updated to include Only the Strong's, "zoom zoom zoom." Just gets you in the mood to zoom zoom zoom doesn't it! Thanks goes out to Kelsey McClanahan for clipping the mp3 to the smallest footprint with the best quality. Of course thanks to Only the Strong for doing the number and to Mazda for adopting it as their mantra!
